The Good

Zenith Bank has a fast paced environment and offers great learning opportunities especially if it is your first job after school. You learn a lot.

The Bad & Ugly

No team work and very little support from management. Too much emphasis on individual work. Office feels like its every man for himself. Environment has a lot of pressure and can get hostile quickly. 

Poor work life balance. There is no time for anything else but the job. People are overused, contractors are underpaid and marketers have targets that cannot be attained.

Some managers have questionable integrity and ask staff to do things that are borderline unethical.

Advice to management

Encourage and reward team work

Focus on employee welfare
