The Bad & Ugly

Contract staff should be seen as human and not faceless people that will work their ass off for the progress of the company but never recognised for career advancement, promotion, health packages, bonuses etc.

Advice to management

Management always shy away when there are issues concerning contract staff - Mgt should strive to create a fair balance and let the voices of contract staff be heard.
